Nick Guidroz is an accomplished financial leader, with over 15 years dedicated to fostering the growth of small businesses in the oil and gas industry, industrial sector, and heavy civil construction. As the CFO at Forest Group Management and its subsidiaries, he brings a wealth of experience and a results-driven approach to his role.

Nick holds dual degrees in Accounting and Finance, proudly earned at the University of Louisiana. In his role, he plays an integral part in managing the finances of a portfolio of companies, which includes: Precision Laser Cutting, LLC, Industrial Fluid Management, LLC, and PLC Manufacturing, LLC.

Beyond the boardroom, Nick finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and five children. He's not just a numbers guy; he's also a passionate sports fan, a dedicated coach for his children, and an avid traveler.
